1.Check your schedule

  • make sure that your schedule contains the categories you want
  • check that you've added the applicable categories and timeslots to the schedules for each of your social media accounts that you want to publish to

2. Go to your library and look on the left-hand side of the page

  • check under "filter by category"— do you have updates placed in the applicable categories?
  • check under "filter by account"— do you have updates associated with the social media accounts you want to use?

Usually, this issue happens when content is uploaded to your library, but is associated with an unscheduled category or isn't associated with a particular social media account.

 

When adding new content to your library, an account in full color it has been selected for that post.  If the account is grayed out, it is not selected.
