Only accounts within the first 15 days of their paid subscription are eligible for refunds.
If you are eligible for a refund at the time of cancellation, the refund will be issued within 2 business days of the billing cycle end (e.g if your billing cycle ends, Tuesday April 27th, your refund will be issued by Thursday April 29th--within 2 business days following the cycle end). Refunds can take up to 10 days to appear on your card after they've been issued, depending on the bank.
Please note— we do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations of annual subscriptions.
*Cancellations beyond the initial 15-day money back period are not subject to refund – but you will still have access to your OneUp account through the end of the billing period in which you cancel.
*NOTE: OneUp bills in USD. For foreign transactions, the currency conversion will happen after the charge and will be performed by your credit card provider.
